Fallout CHAT released for iOS and Android, original keyboard and 60 emoji

by Ron Duwell | November 4, 2015November 4, 2015 4:30 pm PDT

Less than a week to go until the end of the world, and anticipation is running hot for Fallout 4. Bethesda wants you to spread that love with all your friends by showing them the beaming face of Vault Boy in your favorite chat apps with the new custom keyboard, Fallout CHAT.

Fallout CHAT, meaning Communication Hub And Transmitter, is available for free for both iOS and Android. With it, you’ll be able to send up to 60 different emoticons and animated GIFs starring Vault Boy and his wide array of smiley emotions, the Brotherhood of Steel Power Suit, and icons of the less reverent moments from the game like irradiated poop, mushroom clouds, dual-headed cows, beer, and cannibalism.

Hey mom! Here’s what I feel like today! Don’t let auto-correct ruin your life here. It’s rated M for Mature for a reason.

Of course, all of this is in celebration of Fallout 4 launching on Nov. 10 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. I’d love to send you guys some goofy texts, but I am region-locked out of the app from here in Japan. The same still goes for Fallout Shelter. What’s the big deal, Bethesda?!
