New Google Play Store starts rolling out to Android users

We had a sneak peak at the new Google Play Store about a week or so ago, and now it’s starting to arrive on Android handsets. The store has, once again, been redesigned to put a focus on discoverability and new content.

Each page has a large featured image gallery, which shows off various new movies, apps games and more. There are also quick buttons to the top app charts, games, categories and family-friendly content, in addition to two primary tabs: Apps & Games and Entertainment. Tap Entertainment, and you’ll dive right into Google’s media content, which includes movies, TV shows, books and magazines.

We’re not seeing it on our Android devices just yet, but Android Central noticed the new Google Play Store last night. Check for yourself to see if you’ve been updated.
