Micromax has already released a few Cyanogen-powered smartphones through its Yu venture, but this next one could be the best by far. The company recently teased the upcoming Yutopia with a sleek all-metal design.

The teaser boasts that “true power lies in metal,” suggesting this will be the first all-metal Yu device. The company also takes a shot at OnePlus and its “plastic and sandstone” handsets. The two companies have feuded before, even facing off in court over the rights to sell Cyanogen hardware in India.

Micromax hasn’t revealed any other details on the upcoming smartphone, but it’s already shaping up to be a real beast. Rumored specs for the device include a Snapdragon 810 processor, a 5.2-inch screen, a 21-megapixel rear camera, an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. You may also get to pick between a 1080p display or a sharper QHD resolution for a higher price.

There’s no word on when the new phone will actually launch, though the Yu Facebook page notes that we should be stay tuned. We’re excited to see how the Yutopia turns out, even if it won’t be available outside of India.
