The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD uncovered by hackers

The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess

Maybe this will hold you over until the full-blown Wii U Legend of Zelda gets released.

A group of hackers calling themselves WiiBrew jumped into Nintendo’s servers and found a listing for what appears to be Twilight Princess HD. No release window or anything specific was provided, just a listing for the advanced port.

Rumors, leaked artwork, and even hints from Nintendo that it was doing “something” with The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess all point towards this being real, but we can’t confirm anything just yet.

In the meantime, I have a confession to make. I think Twilight Princess is my least favorite game in the franchise, but maybe that’s just because I can’t stand to play Skyward Sword for more than 15 minutes at a time and can’t really form a full opinion on it yet. However, Nintendo already has a good track record with these HD ports on the Wii U, taking a marvelous game like Wind Waker and making it even better!

How could Nintendo improve Twilight Princess? Most of what I see as its problems lay in the actual fabric of the game like its pacing. That doesn’t really seem like something that can be fixed without a major overhaul. Any ideas?
