iPad Pro and new Apple TV to launch online late Oct., in stores early Nov.

Apple announced the iPad Pro and the new Apple TV during its iPhone event in September, but it so far hasn’t said when the devices will launch. The company’s website merely lists the iPad Pro as coming in November, and the new Apple TV as “coming soon.” A new report on Thursday sheds more light on when you can expect to buy the new products.

9to5Mac said it has learned that both products will be available online at the end of this month — that’s late October — and then will be available for purchase in retail stores during the first week of November. Even if you are able to buy it online in October, however, the products “will only begin shipping to customers in early November,” so there doesn’t appear to be an early arrival advantage to ordering online.

The report also reiterates that we will soon see new Magic Keyboard, Magic Trackpad 2 and Magic Mouse 2 peripherals in addition to a new 4K 21.5-inch iMac. The computer may launch as soon as next week.
