HTC is gearing up for another swing. The One M9 was pretty much a strike in the face of competing flagships such as the LG G4 and Galaxy S6. Its next flagship phone is allegedly the One A9, code named Aero, and while earlier specs have pointed to Android 5.1.1, a new rumor points to Marshmallow.
Hima_Aero will run Android 6.0 and Sense 7 GP on the launch…

According to @LLabTooReR, a frequent and relatively accurate leaker, HTC’s new device will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow and Sense 7 right out of the box. An alleged benchmark that surfaced just three days ago also pointed to a possible 10-core Helio X20 processor and 4GB of RAM. If HTC has learned its lessons, it should pack a high-end display — rumor has it a 5.5-inch Quad HD screen is in tow — and the best camera possible.
@LLabTooFeR added that we might see the phone as early as October or November, which might make it among the very first Marshmallow devices to hit the market. We’ll see.
