If you’re looking for a new tablet you could do a lot worse than the Galaxy Tab S2. Samsung’s latest high-end Android slate already packs a punch, and now it’s available as a Barnes & Noble NOOK reader as well.

The Galaxy Tab S2 NOOK is available in 8-inch form and costs $399.99 (plus 10 percent off for Barnes & Noble members). That’s the same price you’d pay buying the device straight from Samsung. As an added bonus the company is throwing in three free digital books and three magazines from a limited selection You also get free in-store support, including Wi-Fi and access to the Read In Store program, along with $5 of NOOK store credit.

That’s all on top of Samsung’s awesome lightweight metal tablet, with sports a beautiful Super AMOLED display, an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera, 3GB of RAM, a 4000mAh battery and 32GB of expandable storage. It runs Android with some NOOK software on top, though it’s unclear how Barnes & Noble will deal with Android updates moving forward.
