Sprint on Monday announced that its expanding its “Direct 2 You” phone delivery service to new markets and, in an effort to celebrate that expansion, it’s offering a special gift to folks who take advantage of the option. Some of the gifts sound pretty awesome.

First — the new markets include Phoenix, Minneapolis, San Antonio, Seattle, St. Louis and Orlando, and the surrounding metropolitan areas for each, bringing Sprint’s total Direct2You program to a total of 20 new areas. So what about those gifts?

Sprint says each customer will “receive a special gift, ranging from Motorola Buds Stereo Bluetooth headphones and a Harmon Kardon Onyx Studio speaker to a trip for two on a Caribbean Cruise or a trip to the Big Game in February.”

Not too shabby — if you’re on Sprint and need to upgrade, and happen to live in one of the 20 markets that Direct 2 You is offered, you should almost certainly take advantage of the service, if only for a chance to win a trip to the Super Bowl. At the very least, it sounds like you’ll get a set of free headphones. Sprint says a majority of customers will receive “an accessory valued between $29.99 and $69.99.

The promotion runs between now and the end of the year, when we expect even more Direct 2 You markets to open.
