Dying Light teases vehicle driving DLC

Early this morning Techland sent out a release celebrating 180 days since the launch of Dying Light, their parkour zombie title for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

That release included a link to a video, which you see above. The video goes over all of the content the developer has dropped for the game since launch, and it ends with a little tease of what’s to come. The final moments of the clip show a buggy of sorts, and the obvious suggestion is that vehicles will be added to Dying Light in the near future.

The release also includes a quote from Tymon Smektala, Producer.

“We’re really excited to finally be able to show this major project we’ve been secretly working on since the release of the game. This is Dying Light from a totally new angle, but with everything fans love about the original still at the core.”

The DLC has not been formally announced, but Techland indicates that it will be playable at gamescom in just a few weeks.

This should change things up nicely for the zombie game, and I’m already itching to try driving out in the open world.
