The Moto G (2015) is expected to make its official debut in exactly a week, but one retailer just couldn’t wait to reveal the new phone. Swiss retailer Digitech recently published product pages for the third-generation smartphone, revealing the device’s specs and a possible price.
Based on this new leak, the Moto G will offer some solid specs for a mid-range smartphone. That includes a 5-inch 1080p display, 2070mAh battery, 2GB of RAM, 8GB of storage with microSD support, and what looks like a Snapdragon 610 processor. It costs €235 according to Digitech, though the official price will hopefully be a lot lower.
The leaked specs lines up with earlier reports, which suggest the new Moto G will pack a 13-megapixel camera as well. The device may also be the first of its kind to get Moto Maker support, opening up tons of new customization options for the budget-friendly handset.
Motorola looks set to reveal the Moto G (2015) at an event on July 28, when we might also learn about other devices such as the Moto X (2015), new DROIDs and even a new Moto 360. We’ll be covering the event live from New York.
