Uncharted 4’s E3 2015 Gameplay Demo extended to 15 minutes

For those who can’t remember, Sony closed out its E3 2015 press conference with an explosive gameplay demonstration of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. Its graphics were almost too good to be believed, and it ended on a cliffhanger which saw Nathan Drake holding on for dear life.

Only those lucky enough to attend the conference saw the whole demonstration play out, but Naughty Dog has finally uploaded the entire video for all to enjoy.

Our E3 press conference demo literally left Drake hanging and with good cause. We wanted to give attendees of E3 a treat and show them if Sully and Drake ever caught up to Nathan’s brother, Sam, in time. The reaction was pretty fantastic. Now, for everyone not able to see it at the show, or on Twitch, you can watch it right here.

As for my thoughts, Uncharted 4 is just a jaw dropping sight to behold. I’ve never been big on Naughty Dog’s scripted, cinematic gameplay, but I find nothing at all wrong with the graphics in this latest entry. However, it’s not the best. I find myself sinking a little deeper into the uncanny valley when I look at Star Wars Battlefront. That game is just sickening with how well it comes across.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will be released for the PlayStation 4 in Q1 of 2016.
