Moto 360 drops to $150 from Motorola and Google

The Moto 360‘s price has been dropping pretty regularly for the past few months. Now the device is back to a very affordable $149.99 from Motorola and the Google Store.

Motorola previously offered a similar deal back in May, but it expired in early June. Now, less than a month later, the same discount is back. As far as we can tell it’s not going away either.

Of course, all these discounts suggest the second-generation Moto 360 can’t be too far away. Rumor has it the new smartwatch will offer a better display without that bit of dead screen along the bottom, along with some new colors and other options.

We’re guessing the Moto 360 2 will arrive in early September, about a year after the original model launched. In the meantime, Motorola’s current smartwatch is still a pretty great deal at $150.
