Windows 10 gets another big build release

by Todd Haselton | July 1, 2015

Microsoft just released Windows 10 build 10158, but hot on the heels of that release it’s back with Windows 10 build 10159, which apparently includes more than 300 fixes. It came quick, and Microsoft said that’s because it passed all of its criteria early to launch for Windows Insider Fast ring participants.

Microsoft teased that there’s “one interesting change” in addition to all of those fixes and, while it didn’t say it specifically, that change is the company’s new Windows 10 hero wallpaper, which is officially included in Windows 10  build 10159 for the very first time.

You should probably jump right to 10159 just for all of the fixes. If you haven’t even upgraded to Build 10158 yet, however, you can expect plenty of changes to Cortana, the Microsoft Edge browser and more.
