Sprint’s phone delivery service expands to 4 major cities

One of Sprint’s latest efforts to set itself above the competition is Direct 2 You, a program that has the carrier delivering new phones directly to customers and helping them set up at home. Now the service is expanding to New York, Denver, San Francisco and Los Angeles, bringing it to four of the biggest markets in the U.S.

Direct 2 You is now available in a total of 28 cities across the country. You can set up an appointment on the company’s website at sprintdirect2you.com or call 844-347-2968. Schedule a time, and a Sprint employee will drop by to set up your new phone and sync all your contacts, pictures and apps. You’ll even get a quick course in how to use the new device.

The service is also expanding from current Sprint subscribers to anyone interested in switching from a competing carrier. The company notes that Direct 2 You is already a hit, quoting happy customers in Miami and Chicago. One person even said they were “Over the moon.”

Direct 2 You is set to cover the entire country by the end of the year and Sprint is definitely on track to hit that goal. It’s pretty cool idea and we wonder how long it will be before another carrier tries something similar.
