Killer Instinct coming to the PC confirms Phil Spencer

One of the earliest Xbox One killer apps is no longer going to be an exclusive title. Xbox boss Phil Spencer took to the E3 2015 PC gaming press conference this week and confirmed that the free-to-play Killer Instinct fighting game will be available for PC.

This new version will support cross-platform play with the Xbox One audience, thanks to the powers of Windows 10, and it will come with all the characters from the first and second season.

No date has been set for Killer Instinct yet, but Windows 10 will launch on July 29. My guess is that it will be one of the premiere titles to highlight the launch.
