Motorola announced the TurboPower 15 Car Charger, which promises to deliver 8 hours of battery life after just 15 minutes of charging.
The new gadget is available now from Motorola’s website, though it doesn’t come cheap at $29.99. That’s $5 cheaper than the company’s TurboPower wall charger, but you can get a similar product for a lot less on Amazon if you don’t care about Motorola branding.
One option from Aukey that’s certified by Qualcomm even offers two quick charging USB ports for just $17. Another model from Getwow features a single USB slot for just $9.99, though it’s missing Qualcomm’s seal of approval. Either option will work with any Quick Charge device, which includes plenty of the flagship Android phones released in the past year.
On a side note, the TechnoBuffalo deals site also offers a battery pack, though not the car charger variety, it holds a 22400mAh charge which should give most phones about 7 to 8 full charges.
