ASUS ZenFone Selfie and new ZenPad tablets unveiled

ASUS unveiled a ton of new gadgets at its Computex presentation on Monday, including a selfie-focused smartphone and four new tablets.

The ZenFone Selfie was introduced, and it boasts two 13-megapixel cameras, one in front and a second in back — similar to the HTC Desire EYE — along with the company’s Beautification photo-editing software. The device also features a 5.5-inch 1080p display with Gorilla Glass 4 and a Snapdragon 615 processor. The design looks pretty similar to the ZenFone 2. There’s no word on how much the ZenFone Selfie will cost.

ASUS  also unveiled four new ZenPad tablets, including the ZenPad 7.0, the ZenPad 8.0, the ZenPad S 8.0 and the ZenPad 10.1. The most powerful, called the ZenPad S 8.0, features a slim design with an 8-inch 2K 2048 x 1536 QXGA display, a 64-bit Intel Atom chip, 4GB of RAM and an optional Z Stylus. The company didn’t offer much information on the ZenPad 7.0, the ZenPad 8.0 or the ZenPad 10.1.

Finally, ASUS unveiled a new all-in-one PC and an impressive 4K monitor. The Zen AiO Series comes in 23.8-inch and 21.5-inch options, featuring an aluminum body, a quad-core Intel processor, 32GB of DDR4 memory and a USB Type C connector. It even features a 3D camera with facial recognition. ASUS’ new monitor packs a 32-inch 3840 x 2160-pixel display with plenty of ports. ASUS didn’t reveal pricing for either of these devices, though they probably won’t come cheap.
