Earlier this week a mysterious new ZenFone passed through China’s certification website. Now we may know what ASUS has planned thanks to the company’s Facebook account.
ASUS doesn’t reveal the device by name, but the post in question still makes it clear that selfies will be a major focus. “Which new #Zenfone family member will be unveiled at #Computex15?” the company asks. “Hint: Illuminate the beauty that’s in You through the front camera of the ZenFone.”
Based on previous leaks, we’re expecting the ZenFone Selfie to feature a pair of 13-megapixel cameras on either side of the device. It should also pack a 5.5-inch display. That’s all we know for now, though it won’t be long before ASUS unveils the device in full on June 2.
The company is also set to debut its ZenWatch 2 during the same event at the Computex expo next week, which should make for a pretty exciting event. We’ll be covering all the news here at TechnoBuffalo, so check back next week to find out what ASUS has planned.
