Motorola was recently spotted testing a trio of Quad HD smartphones in the wild by one Reddit user. Now the same tipster is back with even more specs for the top secret devices.

It looks like two similar phones with the model numbers XT1578 and XT1097 (both code-named Clark) will sport a Snapdragon 808 along with a high-def display. Meanwhile, the XT1585 (code name Kinzie) could be the flagship of the bunch with a Snapdragon 810 processor. All three leaked phones run on Verizon’s network, which suggests the company may launch all three at the same time, which isn’t out of the norm for Verizon.

It’s unclear exactly what the company has planned with these new devices. It’s possible we could be looking at a fresh family of DROID handsets. Then again, Motorola may simply be testing multiple options before picking the best, possibly for a new DROID Turbo or even third-generation Moto X.

Either way, it seems pretty clear that Motorola is up to something. Hopefully it won’t be too long before the company unveils its powerful new smartphones.
