The complete Broken Age launches with a new trailer in tow

Well, that took long enough, didn’t it? Broken Age: Act 2 has released, and that means the once Double Fine Adventure Kickstarter is now officially complete. Broken Age is out and available on the PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 4, PS Vita, iOS, Android and Ouya platforms.

The Kickstarter for this game launched on February 8th, 2012. The first act of the game, originally meant to ship all at once in complete form, released in late January of 2014. Here we are in late April of 2015, and we’re finally getting the second half of this adventure.

It’s been way too long, if you ask me. What do I know? I know that it’s been nearly a full year and a half since I played the first act, and that means I’ll either need to watch some Let’s Plays online or redo the thing myself.

Whatever I choose, I’ll hopefully be diving into the second act later this week. Backers received access early, but I’ve been too busy worrying that I won’t remember what happened previously to try out the next beat in the adventure.

Have you snapped up the second act of Broken Age? Are you digging it?
