Tekken 7 adds the tubular Gigas to its roster on April 28

Tekken 7 is already huge in Japan, and Bandai Namco is wasting no time to add new faces to its roster.

The first original fighter to be added to the line-up is Gigas, a robot/man/thing who looks like a BioShock Big Daddy torn straight from his battery pod in The Matrix. This massive slab of meat is pure muscle on the inside and nothing but rock hard skin and steel on the outside. Don’t even think about getting up close and personal with him either, because those tubes flinging from his back hurt just as much as his fist cracking across your jaw.

Yeah, who is going to bare-knuckle this monstrosity into submission? I’m a big fan of this design, and I want to see him fighting Tekken’s iconic Panda fighter. That’s a dream match in the making right there.

Tekken 7 has been a hit so far on the Japanese arcade scene, but we are still waiting for confirmation of a home port. No news about its American release has been made available either. Hope we don’t have to wait much longer.
