Those of you who just want to just take in the sights of the Star Wars universe without the hassle of fellow gamers sniping you in the head, EA has confirmed that it has you covered.
DICE’s Design Director has stated through his Twitter account that Star Wars: Battlefront will support bots for both single and multiplayer portions of the game. Now you’ll just have to worry about an AI sniping you instead.
We have a feature called Missions that allow you to play solo or cooperatively with bots on or offline https://t.co/v7IL7fuC8G

It’s worth mentioning that unlike Star Wars: Battlefront 2, this new Star Wars: Battlefront does not have a traditional single player campaign. Instead, it will merely have “crafted missions” for players to fool around with and not really progress or anything substantial like that.
Those who choose this path can expect to be simply blowing off the heads off of armies of Stormtroopers or Rebels without a whole lot of context.
Star Wars: Battlefront will be released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on Nov. 17.
