Jonah Becker, the former head of HTC design who also led the development of the One M9, has a new job. According to Re/code, Becker is heading to Fitbit where he will lead design at the wearable company best known for its fitness products.

Becker’s official title is vice president of industrial design, Re/code said, and he will report directly to Fitbit CEO James Park. On March 26, when Becker said he was leaving HTC, he said it had been an “amazing seventeen year journey with One & Co and HTC,” but that it was “time for a new adventure.” Becker was the president of One & Co before it was acquired by HTC.

Becker has experience designing the sorts of products that Fitbit sells. According to Re/code, he has designed products for active brands such as Nike, Burton Snowboards and Adidas, among other companies, during his time with One & Co. We’re excited to see what he builds next.
