HBO Now will be harder to get than originally thought

Subscribing to HBO Now will be a little more difficult than we first thought. Instead of allowing anyone with an Internet connection to sign-up—you know, like Netflix—cord cutters will have to seek out an HBO partner before gaining access to the service. Apple is an exclusive early partner at launch, though only in the “non-pay […]

Galaxy S6 unboxing: Say hello to Samsung’s new hotshot

This is easily Samsung’s biggest release in years. Compared to phones we’ve seen from the Korean company these past few generations, the Galaxy S6 is a completely new approach, a step toward combining design with function in a more elegant and useful way. Rather than throwing everything and the kitchen sink at consumers, Samsung showed […]

Galaxy S6 Edge unboxing: Samsung’s most exciting device yet

The future is now, and it sports a screen with two edges that slope down. It’s a bit like the awesome, but underutilized, Galaxy Note Edge, but even better. Samsung hinted the Edge concept might just be a one-off, but thankfully it’s more aggressively exploring the idea. If you thought the Galaxy S6 was exciting, […]
