It’s Friday and you should be excited because not only is it the weekend but the first teaser trailer for Spectre has been released. It’s a lot more subdued than I thought it would be; there’s a lot of mystery and intrigue, slowly stripping away the background of Mr. James Bond. Not very typical of a James Bond trailer, but that’s exactly what makes it great.

I want to know more—exactly what a teaser should do. There’s isn’t a single explosion or car chase, though you can bet Spectre will have its fair share. That and plenty of terrific action. For now, the teaser is merely teasing what’s in store for Craig’s character. And how about Christophe Waltz as the baddie? His voice gives me chills.

The Spectre teaser accompanies the high-flying Mission Impossible trailer we saw earlier this week. Two badass spies doing their thing. I would like to see them now, please.

This is only a teaser, but man it’s looking great. In addition to Daniel Craig, Spectre will feature Christophe Waltz, Ralph Fiennes, Monica Bellucci and Dave Bautista, who was Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy.

Spectre is scheduled to hit theaters on Nov. 6, 2015.
