Apple Watch bands and accessory prices revealed

Apple finally revealed the prices for its new smartwatch, which range from $349 at the cheapest to well over $10,000, at today’s big event. The company failed to mention what individual wrist bands and other accessories will cost, but thankfully Apple’s online store already reveals how much you’ll need to pay for a new band or charger.

At the low end you’ll find the sport band, which costs $49 and comes in lime green, blue, pink, white and black. For $149 you’ll be able to buy the Leather Loop band in blue, black, brown or “Stone.” The same price will also get you a stainless steel Milanese Loop.

The Modern Buckle model, which Apple showed off onstage earlier today, costs $249 and comes in blue, black, pink or brown. The leather in this band comes from a small French tannery, while the buckle actually consists of a two-piece magnetic lock. Finally, Apple is selling its stainless steel Link Bracelet for $449.

The only other item listed in the Apple Watch accessories section of the company’s online store for the moment is its magnetic charging cable. You’ll be able to order a meter-long charger for as little as $29, or you can pay $39 for a 2-meter cord instead.

For now that’s it, though it’s possible we could see more Apple Watch accessories appear in the company’s online store ahead of the official launch next month. We wouldn’t be surprised to see Apple spotlight a few of the better third-party designs along with any new models it comes up with between now and then.
