HTC One (M9) case suggests camera changes inbound

HTC’s upcoming One (M9) has had its fair share of recent leaks, and now it looks like accessory-makers are getting in on the action as well. Images of an Otterbox case for the upcoming flagship phone surfaced online Monday, courtesy of Dutch site Android World, which appears to be down at the moment.

Monday’s leak lines up with reports that the HTC One (M9) will feature a larger squarish camera, though it’s possible Otterbox is simply working off those same rumors. The cases also come in black and “Glacier” grey, suggesting the phone itself could be available in at least those two color options. Android World adds that they’ll be available on April 1 starting at €29.95 (roughly $34) each.

The One (M9) is expected to offer cutting edge hardware, including a Snapdragon 810 processor, a 20-megapixel rear camera, an upgraded front-facing camera, 3GB of RAM, and run Android 5.0 with a sprinkling of Sense 7.0. The device looks set to debut next month at an event on March 1, and we’ll be there to check out the new smartphone (and any other surprises) firsthand.
