Windows-Powered HP Stream 7 Signature Edition Now Just $79

hp stream 7

HP’s popular Stream 7 Signature Edition, one of the most popular Windows 8.1 tablets in the entry-level price bracket, has dropped down to just $79 on the Microsoft Store. That’s $20 off its regular price tag, and the deal includes some free extras — including a $25 Windows Store gift card.

The Stream 7 has been well received by both consumers and critics, thanks mostly to its affordable price tag and capable specifications. It boasts a 7-inch IPS display with a 1280×800 resolution, a quad-core Intel Atom Z3735G processor clocked at 1.33GHz, 1GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage.

The device also offers a microSD card slot, a 3,000mAh battery, and both front- and rear-facing cameras. Because this is a “Signature Edition” device, its software it optimized by Microsoft and includes no bloatware, so you get the smoothest experience possible.

At $99, the Stream 7 is excellent value for money — at $79 it’s even better. Microsoft cut $20 off its price tag over the holiday period, but those who missed out on the discount now have a second chance to take advantage of it. You won’t be saving just $20, either.

The Stream 7 comes with a $25 Windows Store gift card for apps and games, plus an Office 365 Personal subscription with 60 minutes of Skype calling a month worth $69. So, theoretically, if you were going to buy Office 365 anyway, the Stream 7 itself is a $10 add-on.

Microsoft doesn’t state how long this offer will last, so if you’re interested, you’ll want to grab it as soon as possible. Just follow the source link below to the Microsoft Store. The deal can also be found in other markets, including the U.K.
