Have a 10 Minute Look at Project CARS on the PlayStation 4

Maybe I’m the only one here, but when I heard yesterday’s news that Spotify was replacing Sony’s Music Unlimited service and becoming streamable on the PlayStation 4, my first thought jumped to racing games. I love playing realistic racers with classical music on full blast. I’m not even much of a gear head, it’s just that there’s nothing like trying to drive with precision with Bach blaring in my ears.

Naturally, this now has me excited for the next major racing game for the PlayStation 4. While it’s not a PlayStation 4 exclusive, Project CARS is bound for the PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Wii U on March 17, 2015.

Today, we have a lengthy look at the game in action. It comes exclusively from Team VVV, and it looks fantastic.

The first pure gameplay we see features rain, and it really does look great. The cockpit camera, in particular, is great in dry conditions.

Slightly Mad Studios is going for 60fps in 1080p, and that’s exceptionally awesome. Project CARS is on deck for this March. I’ll be picking it up, and I’m building my Spotify list for it now.
