The LG G3 has already gotten its much-anticipated Android 5.0 Lollipop upgrade in parts of Europe and other international markets, but users in the U.S. won’t have to wait too much longer, according to LG USA’s official Twitter account.

“Introducing Lollipop: a sweet treat for your #LGG3,” tweeted @LGUSAMobile on Friday. Its message came with a picture of a whole bunch of lollipops that spell out the words “coming soon.”

There is no specific release date, unfortunately, but now that LG USA has begun teasing it — and the release has already touched down in other markets — it appears a rollout is imminent. If you’re itching to get your hands on it, then, you might want to keep an eye on your update notifications over the coming days and weeks.

Lollipop for the G3 not only brings the ART runtime with improved performance and battery life, but also new features like Smart Lock, lock screen notifications, and support for multiple users. It also delivers some design changes, but thanks to LG’s own interface, you won’t get to enjoy Material Design too much.
