Truth time? In spite of being a fan of both Game of Thrones and Telltale’s recent string of adventure games, I have not played the studio’s take on the extremely popular show and novel series. I know, I know, what am I thinking?
Simply put, I want to wait until it’s done. The amount of delays and time between episodes in The Wolf Among Us really put me off in a big way, and I don’t want to go through the same thing with Game of Thrones. I’m waiting until the entire game comes out.
For everyone else, though, I have good news. The next episode in Game of Thrones: A Telltales Game Series, “The Lost Lords,” now has a series of release dates. In addition to the new trailer above, we know that this game will release in the first week of February.
The dates for each platform fall on a string of days, so I’m going to grab the run directly from the press release so that I don’t booger this thing up for you.
“The Lost Lords,” the second episode in the critically-acclaimed game series, will be available Tuesday, February 3rd on PC and Mac from the Telltale Online Store, Steam, and other digital distribution services, and on the PlayStation®Network for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. The episode will be available on Wednesday, February 4th on the Xbox Games Store for Xbox One® and Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. The series will also be coming to compatible iOS devices via the App Store on Thursday, February 5th and to compatible Android-based devices.
There you have it. You’ll have access to the second episode in Game of Thrones from Telltale during the first week of February. Enjoy it, I’ll be over here waiting.
