AT&T Now Offering Unlimited Calls to Mexico

AT&T’s recent acquisition of Mexican wireless carrier lusacell is now paying dividends for AT&T customers with family and friends in the country. AT&T announced on Tuesday that customers with its World Connect Value package can now place and receive unlimited calls to and from Mexico at no additional cost.

AT&T’s World Connect Value Plan costs $5 per month and typically allows customers to call internationally at discounted rates per minute and it includes support for calls to and from 225 countries. However, instead of paying a lower per-minute rate to Mexico, those calls are now bundled free with the plan. It also applies to both mobile numbers as well as landlines.

AT&T said that Mexico is the most popular country for international calls, so it should benefit a large chunk of its customers who are calling the country. You can read more about the new savings, which is effective now, at the source link below.
