Following yesterday’s Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo shared a brand new trailer for the upcoming Kirby and the Rainbow Curse for the Wii U.
The clip features a bunch of gameplay in 60fps form, and it also hits a brief explanation of the use of amiibo in the game.
The trailer even features a Wii U GamePad made completely from clay in order to show how navigation in the game works. We grabbed a still because we couldn’t help ourselves. Would you look at this thing! It’s like it came straight out of the video for Peter Gabriel’s “Sledgehammer.”
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse will launch for the Wii U on Feb. 20, 2015. That release date was dropped in yesterday’s Nintendo Direct.
I’ll be nabbing this one at launch. Anyone else?
