I mean, of course. LIMBO is one of those indie games which has been so rabidly successful that it is bound to spring up on every platform out there, am I right? After it snuck its way onto the Xbox One last November, the popular 2D platformer is also scheduled to appear on the PlayStation 4.
Once again, we have a foreign ratings body who has provided the details. This time it was PEGI, the European rating system, which leaked the announcement. Considering this is how every version of LIMBO has been discovered since the original port, I have no problem trusting this one either.
Expect it to find its way to the market soon.
Is there anyone out there who hasn’t played LIMBO yet? Is there anyone out there who wants to play it again? It always seemed like to me that it was one of those “one and done” kind of games unless you missed all the secrets your first time through. LIMBO was a fun little gem that was great while it lasted, but I don’t think I’ll be diving into it again any time soon.
I think if I did ever play LIMBO again, the Vita would be my platform of choice. Chances are high that I will own the PlayStation 4 version if it supports cross-buy with the Vita. That seems to have become my standard for picking up indie games on PlayStation these days.
Nothing official yet, but we’ll keep our eyes open.
