LG just announced the G Flex 2 this morning, and we’ve already had a chance to bring you a hands-on. While LG was mum on carrier partners, Sprint and AT&T just spoke up and announced both will carry the phone this year.

Sprint will have the exclusive on the red model of the phone, which we actually prefer to the gray version that will also be available through Sprint and AT&T. It’s unclear whether Sprint will sell the 16GB and 32GB models, but we do know that AT&T will at least sell one outfitted with the larger capacity.

The G Flex 2 sports a Snapdragon 810 processor, a 5.5-inch curved 1080p display, a 13-megapixel camera with OIS and laster autofocus, a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera, expandable storage, a 3,000mAh battery and more.

Be sure to check out our G Flex 2 hands-on video, and also watch our G Flex vs. G Flex 2 video to see how it stacks up against last year’s model. No word on pricing yet or exact launch dates yet, but Sprint is accepting pre-orders now and we’ll let you know as soon as we have more information.
