Xbox One’s $349 Price Point Ends on January 3rd

Xbox One Price Cut Ending Soon

Over the course of 2014’s holiday season, Microsoft elected to drop the price of the Xbox One by $50 across both its Kinect and Kinect-free bundles. That price drop lead them to more sales over the course of a few months.

The price cut, however, was a temporary one. The Xbox One will return to its pre-holiday price level of $399 for the Kinect-free version and $499 for the one with the camera starting on Jan. 4. That’s this Sunday.

The word comes from Xbox’s Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb on his official blog. Along with the deadline for savings, Major Nelson links out to a few bundle offers for the remainder of the sale. Here they are, verbatim.

These deals are only valid for online purchases and are subject to change at the retailer’s discretion.

  • Best Buy: $50 off Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Unity Bundle or Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Unity Bundle with Kinect, plus a free $50 gift card
