Nintendo of Japan has released a brand new overview video for Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, the follow up to the Nintendo DS-based Kirby: Canvas Curse.
This game tasks players with guiding an ever-moving Kirby through a world of terrible opponents and tons of obstacles. The trailer we have above goes over all the game’s features (in Japanese) as its release date approaches.
We’ll get a look at the various worlds, cooperative play and even amiibo support.
The clip is a great representation of what the actual game will look like in motion. The clay aesthetic is fantastic, and I can’t wait to get this thing on my Wii U next year.
While Kirby and the Rainbow Curse is set to hit the Wii U in Japan on Jan. 22, 2015, the game won’t reach North America until Feb. 13. Europe, unfortunately, won’t see it until the second half of 2015.
As more comes from this crazy little game, we’ll have it.
