I like daily challenges in multiplayer games. They add an extra layer of objectives to a title that, and I think that’s a welcome distraction when one of your favorite games starts to wear a little thin.
Sledgehammer Games has added daily challenges to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare with the game’s latest patch. These challenges, however, are only available on the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of the game.
The challenges will show up inside the multiplayer menu once you take the game online. You’ll complete the challenge for XP bonuses, a new Supply Drop or a rare piece of equipment for the KVA Recon set you see at the head of this post.
I’ll admit it, it’s been at least a week or so since I last booted up Call of Duty. I might take some time today to apply this patch and see what these challenges are all about. Getting Supply Drops in the game feels great, so any excuse to let that wheel roll on is a good one for me.
