A Night Under No Man’s Sky Concert Officially Available

During the PlayStation Experience, Hello Games partnered with band 65daysofstatic to produce a special show dedicated to No Man’s Sky. That concert was livestreamed, complete with moments of gameplay, for the world to see.

Now, PlayStation has officially uploaded the show in HD for the world to enjoy permanently. No more staring at blocky recordings over laggy streams for you, my friends. You can find the concert in full at the head of this post.

As a bit of retrospective, some gamers were actually upset with this stream. The show was more concert and less gameplay than they hoped, and that might be the fault of improper advertising or confusing wording. Gamers thought they’d see a whole lot of fresh gameplay from the show. What’s there is a bunch of music from 65daysofstatic with shots of gameplay we’ve already seen.

Now you know, too.

It’s a good show, though, especially the intro. I haven’t watched the full thing, but I enjoyed the 20 or so minutes that I did play this morning before drafting this post.

No Man’s Sky will release in 2015 for the PlayStation 4 and PC platforms. We’ll have more on the game as it comes.
