Over the weekend, a new version of Windows 10 leaked online, confirming the operating system’s rumored integration with Cortana, an unexpected Xbox app and more. You might think Microsoft would be upset or even angry that its secrets have been spilled, but it turns out the company is taking the news in stride.

Responding to one Microsoft fan on Twitter, engineering general manager Gabriel Aul acknowledged that the company doesn’t mind people trying out the latest Windows leak. Of course, he still prefers we all stick to the official build, but seems happy either way.

Before you rush to download the latest Windows 10 leak, there is one thing you should know. A bug in the new build will make it harder to receive future Windows Insider updates moving forward, meaning you’ll have to re-install the entire thing once the next official update comes out. Aul notes that this isn’t a punishment, just an issue with the leaked build. If that doesn’t bother you, go ahead and check out the latest Windows has to offer.
