PlayStation 20th Anniversary Medley Mixes the Tunes of Classics

Well, this is pretty cool. PlayStation Access TV, the official YouTube Channel for all things PlayStation in the UK, put together a really great clip in order to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the PlayStation.

The got SquidPhysics and a group of musicians to select and cover famous and nostalgic PlayStation tunes in a single, nearly eight minute video. The result is a slew of awesome music that gave me those familiar nostalgic goosebumps.

My only knock is the inclusion of the bit from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. I consider that a PC game more than anything else, and it’s especially odd given how poorly the title played on the PlayStation 3.

Regardless, this is a great clip and a cool way to celebrate the console’s 20th. I especially liked the bits from Tearaway, Uncharted and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Any favorites stick out for you?
