Infinity Blade Heading to Xbox One in China

Infinity Blade, the rock-paper-scissors iOS brawler from Chair Entertainment, is heading to Xbox One – in China.

Tencent, a large Chinese media and Internet company, is apparently set to reveal the game on Friday, Nov. 28 at the Tencent Game Carnival in Shanghai, according to a report from Kotaku.

The company has some teaser images up that don’t explicitly say Xbox One, but they depict motion control and the URL for the teaser┬áhas X1 in the title. With the Xbox One suffering in China, a great motion game could do a lot to get people interested in the system.

And, honestly, I wouldn’t mind seeing this come out over here. There’s already an arcade version of Infinity Blade out in the States, and I’d love another excuse to use my Kinect now that I’ve squeezed Disney Fantasia mostly dry.
