The Nexus 6 first went on sale on Oct. 29, when Google began accepting pre-orders. Unfortunately, sales were closed almost immediately as stock ran out. We’re not sure when those phones are arriving, however, but it looks like folks who ordered the phone direct from Motorola will start receiving devices beginning today. Droid-Life posted a picture of a new Nexus 6 that arrived two-days earlier than expected, and the order was reportedly placed through Motorola.
The site said the image was provided by a reader who ordered a 32GB model in Midnight Blue, which seems to be the model that’s been manufactured in bulk – at least if we’re considering that it’s the option being sold by Sprint, AT&T and soon T-Mobile. Droid-Life said it confirmed that two other readers who ordered the Nexus 6 are expecting their units to arrive today, too, so this isn’t just a one-off anomaly.
Did you order a Nexus 6 from Motorola and, if so, is your device shipping? We’d love to hear your story.
