The Nexus 6 first went on sale on Oct. 29, when Google began accepting pre-orders. Unfortunately, sales were closed almost immediately as stock ran out. We’re not sure when those phones are arriving, however, but it looks like folks who ordered the phone direct from Motorola¬†will start receiving devices beginning today. Droid-Life posted a picture of a new Nexus 6 that arrived two-days earlier than expected, and the order was reportedly placed through Motorola.

The site said the image was provided by a reader who ordered a 32GB model in Midnight Blue, which seems to be the model that’s been manufactured in bulk – at least if we’re considering that it’s the option being sold by Sprint, AT&T and soon T-Mobile. Droid-Life said it confirmed that two other readers who ordered the Nexus 6 are expecting their units to arrive today, too, so this isn’t just a one-off anomaly.

Did you order a Nexus 6 from Motorola and, if so, is your device shipping? We’d love to hear your story.
