Best Buy on Tuesday provided a sneak peak into some of its Doorbuster deals that it will offer on Thanksgiving this year. Shoppers will have an opportunity to score discounts on electronics and other products in more than 1,000 Best Buy locations across the United States starting at 5:00 p.m. local time on Thanksgiving (Nov. 27) until 1:00 a.m. local time Friday.

One highlight we noticed is a solid deal on the iPad Air 2, which Best Buy will discount by $100, no matter the model you’re looking to purchase. Additionally, it’s selling a 55-inch Samsung LED Ultra HD Smart TV for $899.99, which Best Buy said is the “lowest price” it has ever offered for the product. Other sales include Beats Solo headphones for $79.99, discounted by $90, the GoPro Hero 3+ is also discounted by $50 and will retail for $249.99, the Nest smart thermostat will sell for $199.99, and Best Buy will also discount “a number of PlayStation 4 and Xbox One games” by 50 percent, some selling for as little as $29.99.

Of note, however, Best Buy said that stores in some states, such as Rhode Island, Maine and Massachusetts, will not be open on Black Friday in accordance with local laws. The stores will open in Maine and Puerto Rico at midnight on Nov. 28 and at 1:00 a.m. in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Thanksgiving and Black Friday are always two great days to save on electronics and other consumer goods in general, though you’ll need to make sure you hit the stores right at opening to grab whatever is available in stock. Target should also be on your list of destinations to visit on Black Friday. The retailer listed its deals yesterday, and you’ll be able to grab similar savings.
