The Unfinished Swan Gets a PlayStation 4 and PS Vita Trailer, Out Now

The Unfinished Swan has officially jumped from just the PlayStation 3 to the PS Vita and PlayStation 4. On the big console, it’s running in 1080p.

SCEA and Giant Sparrow have released a brand new trailer to show off the game for those who might have missed it last generation. In fact, I imagine Sony’s been pushing for the re-release of games like this one, Journey and Flower specifically to get previously Xbox-only gamers to buy games they missed out on.

The good news for prior owners in the case of The Unfinished Swan is that this handheld and new generation port has been placed in the Cross-Buy program. If you own it on the PlayStation 3, you can download The Unfinished Swan for free on both your PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.

This is a nifty game, and it won a fair bit of critical praise and a cult audience all its own. I personally haven’t played it beyond E3 demos, so I’m pretty tempted to drop $14.99 on it and dive in face first.
