Galaxy Note 4 Developer Edition Heading to Verizon

Samsung Galaxy Note 4-21

Love the Galaxy Note 4 but wish it had a bit more freedom for tweaking? Good news. Samsung’s website recently leaked a Galaxy Note 4 Developer Edition that appears to be heading to Verizon soon.

It offers the same hardware as the Galaxy Note 4 you’ll find on other carriers in the United States, including a Snapdragon 805 processor and that amazing Quad HD display, but it should ship with an unlocked bootloader that will allow you to hack around on the device a bit more than a standard Galaxy Note 4.

Keep in mind this listing isn’t for a Google Play Edition Galaxy Note 4, that might never exist, so you’ll still get Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface with Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box instead of pure Android 5.0 Lollipop. Oh, and it’ll cost you $662.53.
