Google just announced the Nexus 9, developed by HTC, in a blog post on its site. The new Android 5.0 Lollipop tablet features an NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor clocked at 2.3GHz, 16GB or 32GB of storage, an 8.9-inch IPS display with a 2048 x 1536-pixel resolution, a large 6,700mAh battery, a 1.7-megapixel front-facing camera and an 8-megapixel rear shooter. It’s set to launch on Nov. 3, but interested parties can pre-order the tablet starting on Oct. 17. The tablet will be available with 16GB for $399 or with 32GB of storage for $479. An LTE model will also launch with 32GB of storage for $599.
