The Nexus 6 has spilled out pretty regularly over the past few weeks, but a new image from Evleaks may offer the best look yet at Google’s upcoming smartphone. Retired Twitter leaker Evan Blass shared what looks like a rendered image of the Nexus on Tuesday. Blass accurately leaked several photos of the Nexus 5 around the same time last year.
The upcoming Nexus 6 looks like a super-sized version of the Moto X, though the volume and power buttons have been moved down towards the center of the device where they should be easier to reach. Evleaks doesn’t offer any specifics on what to expect from the new phone’s hardware, but we already have a pretty good idea of what Google has in store.
The Nexus 6 is expected to offer a 5.9-inch QHD display, a 2.65GHz Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM, a 3200mAh battery, a 13-megapixel camera and Android L. Motorola is reportedly designing the device, though it’s unlikely it will feature the same great software tweaks the company includes with its own Moto X.
Google is likely to unveil the Nexus 6 sometime this month alongside a Nexus 9 tablet and the final version of Android L. We can’t wait to see what the company has in store, though at this point there may not be very much we don’t already know about the upcoming Nexus lineup.
