Minecraft Hits PS Vita in Europe Next Week, Other Regions Soon to Follow

As Minecraft continues its constant and slow sprawl to every single platform under the sun (except the Nintendo ones, oddly enough), 4J Studios has officially announced the PS Vita release date for one region of the world.

Minecraft will hit Sony’s portable on October 15th, 2014 in Europe. As for North America? 4J had this to say on Twitter.

When that release date comes, we’ll be sure to let you know as well. I suspect it won’t be too far down the line, as the game is likely just caught up in Sony’s approval network at this point.

Will you be nabbing Minecraft on the PS Vita? I do know that you can Cross-Save between the PS3 and PS Vita, but not the PlayStation 4. Mojang and 4J’s reason for this is that the map is bigger in the PS4 version of the game.
