Sony has released a brand new DriveClub TV spot for the European market. This one is called “The DRIVECLUB Oath,” and it offers a set of players pledging allegiance to their clubs.
To be honest, despite the “club” presence in the game’s name, I didn’t realize DriveClub placed this much emphasis on racing as a unit. Maybe I just haven’t been paying enough attention, but this TV spot makes it seem like some players will live and die by the progression and failures of their clubs.
Which, hey, if that breathes some longevity into this incoming racer, that sounds cool to me.
Now, there are two separate versions of DriveClub releasing tomorrow. The free version that comes with PS4 owners’ PlayStation Plus subscription will offer a small pool of cars in a single racing locale, Indie. The full version will, of course, offer everything.
